My name is Mrs. Deitering and I am the Readiness Kindergarten Teacher. I am very excited to have your child in my classroom this year. Mrs. Farnsworth and Mrs. Hofstad will be helping in our classroom this year. We have worked together in Readiness for several years. We are looking forward to seeing you and your child at our "Before School Parent-Child Conferences" and/or Open House. Open House is Tuesday, August 19 from 6-7:30 at West Elementary with a BBQ from 5:30-7. Conferences are Wed. August 20 or Thurs. August 21 as scheduled during registration. If we were unable to schedule a conference during registration, I am trying to connect with you. You are also welcome to contact the school at 852-4485.
We will have 18 students in our classroom to start the year, 10 girls and 8 boys. School supply lists are on the West Elementary page and were given at registration. Please be sure to label items with your child's name, including resting towels or blankets. You do not have to label kleenex, paper towels, wipes or ziploc bags. Please feel free to bring school supplies at Open House or conferences. I will have some paperwork for you to complete so you may want to be sure you have phone numbers and insurance information with you.
