Fun making our scarecrow

We read the story The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything this past week.  We learned some new vocabulary words:  afraid and cottage.  We also had to remember the order of the story.  We helped read the repetitive phrases and can retell the story when we visit the library center.

 We then made a class scarecrow to help decorate our room for fall.
